Hi! My name is Emma Almquist, I am a sophomore majoring in business administration and I have minors in finance and leadership. I plan to become a Financial Advisor after college, I enjoy helping people and find the stock market and finances interesting. I am from Washington State and I am on the golf team at St. Kate’s! The Career development office is a great resource for help with resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, Internships, and so much more. Stop by and we will gladly assist you with whatever you need!

Hi! My name is Gwenyth Buswell and I am a sophomore at St. Kates. I am studying Entrepreneurship with a minor in Graphic Design. My plan as of now is to pursue a career in UX Design after college. I am also on the soccer team! I am excited to be a career assistant in the Career Development Center at St. Kates because it is an amazing resource for students at any point in their academic and professional journeys. My role as a CA is to help students create resumes and cover letters, and provide support in job searches. I am also a part of Career Development’s social media team. Hi, my name is Narriah Copeland!! This is my first year at St. Kate’s and I’m majoring in nursing. This is also going to be my first year working as a career assistant at the career development office. I will be working around the office and with the social media team. I am so excited to get to know and meet each and everyone of you.😊

• I am from the Columbia heights/Fridley area of Minnesota
• I love watching Rom-Coms some of my favorites are: Bridget Jones Diary, The proposal, To all the boys i’ve loved before and the parent trap.

• And In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, listen and learning about music, picking up different hobbies, baking and going on nature walks.

Hi, my name is Ana (Ah-nuh) Pereira. I’m a second-year majoring in English with a minor in Communication Studies. I love to go to concerts, soccer games, and movie theatres, especially drive-in ones. Recently I’ve been trying to get into nature by doing activities like hiking and camping, which I enjoy doing. I’m from Austell (20-25 minutes from Atlanta, GA), but I live on campus.

I’m happy to be working at the Career Development Center, where everyone is nice and friendly to each other. I look forward to developing professionalism and good communication skills.

I’m Emily, a senior here at St. Kate’s. I am close to finishing my Major in Studio Art, where I’ll double specialize in graphic design and photography. I am also Minoring in Integrated marketing communications and design. I currently work for Career Development and Money Management and enjoy meeting students for appointments! We have many events during the semester, so follow both on social media!

I enjoy puzzles, movie theaters, show series, and reading webtoons on Tapas. In summer, I find myself swimming and biking. Meanwhile, I see myself watching series indoors or sledding in the fall and winter. I’m crafty and like learning crouching, weaving, and more.

I hope to be a good resource for you as a peer advisor!

Hi, my name is Gaojia Xiong! I am a first-year student at St. Kate’s and have not declared a major yet. I am excited to work in the Career Development office and offer a helping hand to fellow peers as a career assistant. I am also a part of the social media team.
