Hi! As the Director of Career Development, I oversee both professional and student staff in the Career Center. I work alongside my team to build strong employer and campus partnerships in order to provide the best opportunities and career education to all Katies! Myself and the rest of our team in the Career Development office are here to help support you through navigating your current and future pathways! Hi, my name is Mary Beth Pickett and I’m the Employer Partner Strategist for the Career Development Office. My job is to work with Employers that can help you find work! I do this by managing, promoting, and organizing events put on by our department like the annual fall Career Fair, Workshops, Information Sessions, Employer Tabling, site visits, and more! I also work with campus departments to post their on campus jobs. I love helping introduce Katie’s to the employment world!

Hello! I am the Career Education Supervisor and my role is to manage internship administration, design career education modules, and coordinate our center’s coaching for College for Women, College for Adult, Graduate students, and Alumni as you navigate the next chapter in your careers.
