We send out and analyze outcomes of the First Destination Survey (FDS). To utilize this career outcomes data and support its collection:

  • Email askcareer@stkate.edu to request FDS data specifically about how students in your department fare post graduation.
  • Support efforts to gather robust FDS data that helps us share a compelling and accurate narrative with prospective students about the value of St. Kate’s education. Near the end of each semester when you receive an email from Career Development about the survey, please:
    • Talk about this survey with your students so they know what it is when Career Development reaches out to them directly
    • Encourage seniors to complete the survey and to share their contact information with Career Development before they graduate
