As a real estate marketing and brokerage intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced real estate industry. Your role will involve supporting the marketing team and management in various tasks related to promoting and selling properties, along with extensive databasing and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective marketing strategies for the overall company, and create individual marketing campaigns for properties and varying networks within the industry.
- Market Research: Research and analyze the general real estate market to contribute to comprehensive articles & newsletters for the company’s website.
- Client Communication: Gain training in personal scheduling and client communication to provide valuable support to the team. This will include extensive use of the company CRM, Hubspot
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, property listings, and company marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing Support: Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and continued follow-up on digital marketing.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including maintaining databases, preparing marketing reports, and coordinating with internal partners.
- Creative Input: Offer innovative ideas and solutions for marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s brand and presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Education: Working towards relevant degree such as a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business/Administration, Real Estate, or Finance
- Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for project support. Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
