>> Hi. My name is Ariel Lee, and I work for Target as an ETL [phonetic] guest experience. Pretty much, I handle everybody at the front end. So when you first walk in, you see guest services or the cashier, Starbucks, that's pretty much my team, and then I have three team leaders that are all in charge of them. They're their immediate supervisors, and then I'm their supervisor on top of that. So pretty much I walk in. I might be LOD, leader on duty. Pretty much, that entails for me to be the main point of contact person throughout the day. So the team will usually come up to me, and they're usually, like, hey, like, this is needed, that's needed. Always tell people that the energetic vibe that Target looks for is exactly what we go through up there [inaudible], is what we need throughout the entire day because you go a non-stop day, ten hours, you're constantly walking around, running around here, helping guests here. Also we're pretty much addressing any issues that might arise. So say something immediately needs our attention, we go over to it and make sure that is handled immediately. We deal with vendors all day. My team members, if they need anything, I'm always, tell people my team members who, what I'm there for. So I pretty much, if they need anything from me, I'm that person that they turn around to. >> And what about schedule? Are you working a very retail schedule? >> Fifty hours average week is what we usually go through. Ten hours a day. I always tell people, you definitely have to prioritize to know, to get to have your work/life balance because without prioritization, you're not going to have it. You have to make sure that at the end of the day that you come in and focus mainly on Target, but when you go home, you make sure that you don't take it home with you or else it'll bother you. Sometimes you'll think about it. That's how I make sure that my work/life balance is because we do work long hours. So I just like to make sure that if I don't need, if I'm needed past 5:00, I actually go home at 5:00.
