Clearly we are not on the same page with respect to opinions about the work readiness of college graduates. Small percentages of U.S. adults, C-level business executives and university trustees believe college grads are well-prepared for the workplace, while the vast majority of college provosts are confident their schools are doing a job. How much of it is a perceived vs. real gap? Is language and terminology part of the problem?
