Information Technology Intern (Indianapolis, IN)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy student to join our IT team in our Indianapolis office. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting real projects in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

You’ll help keep our teams up and running—whether that’s troubleshooting issues, setting up devices, or supporting the tools our engineers and designers rely on every day.

A Typical Day May Include

  • Provide day-to-day technical support (in-person and remote), troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Set up, maintain, and decommission desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Support Microsoft 365 and assist with shared file systems and project data organization (e.g., Egnyte)
  • Maintain IT inventory, perform basic hardware repairs, and support office technology (printers, Wi-Fi, conference rooms)
  • Document issues and resolutions while helping improve IT processes, standards, and system security
  • Contribute to improving IT standards, processes, and overall system efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Pursuing or recently completing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Comfortable troubleshooting Windows devices and common tech issues
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 and general office technology
  • Basic understanding of hardware, device setup, and networking (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, etc.)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others

What You Offer Us

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated team player, excited to contribute meaningfully to a team

What We Offer You

We provide mentorship from a highly skilled IT Manager as you interact with project managers & technical staff. In addition to mentoring, we offer flexible schedules, allowing for excellent student work/life balance, a simplistic relocation process if needed and the ability to build relationships that may lead to post graduate employment. We are proud of our family-like environment and our social events that prove work can be fun!

Our Mission

Our purpose is to serve the communities we live in. With a focus on what we value most. Client focused; Trust; Work Hard. Together; Knowledge
