Project Turnabout – Chemical Dependency and Gambling Treatment facility located in Granite Falls, MN is looking for individuals who are seeking to help the lives of those affected by the disease of addiction. We encourage Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers, LICSW, to apply for our Full-Time Mental Health Professional positions for our Residential Treatment Facility. Project Turnabout will also consider Licensed Graduate Social Workers, LGSW level clinicians working towards licensure for this position.

Mental Health Professional Responsibilities:

· Provide and coordinate mental health counseling services related to all Project Turnabout treatment and recovery programs.

· Conduct mental health assessments and indenting key issues to support treatment planning.

· Facilitate individual, group and family therapy

· Interpret psychometric tests and use them to assist in developing a treatment plan.

· Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary staff meetings, providing input and consultation related to clinical patient care and treatment planning, as it relates to co-occurring issues.

· Participate in ongoing quality improvement projects or other projects as assigned.

· Provide lectures and educational sessions on related topics in the field of mental health and present them to patients.

Qualifications:

· Must meet state licensure requirements for the applicable licensing board, MN Board of Social Work.

· We provide “on-the-job” training for Licensed Graduate Social Workers, LGSW who meet and will uphold the standards of care for the patients provided by Project Turnabout.

· Must be familiar with MN Rule 245G

· Must be willing to direction from Supervisor of Mental Health and Family Services

· Able to provide documentation or a signed statement that you are two years free from chemical, gambling dependency.
