Summary:

Are you an RN looking for an employer who shares your values? Monarch Healthcare Management is looking to hire an RN Specialist to travel to different facilities to serve as a leader on the nursing leadership team . As a RN Specialist, you arrive each day at the appointed facility to support the residents and staff in the appointed leadership position needed at that site. As an RN Specialist you will be given the assignment of interim DON, ADON, RN Manager or Staff educator at a facility who is transitioning leadership among their team and needs another support to ensure continued quality of care for the residents. To be successful in the position you need to be able to adapt to changing situations and different responsibilities and be willing to travel to different facilities. A qualified nurse will be hired for the RN Specialist positions and assigned to a facility based on Monarch’s needs. The RN Specialist will be floated to different facilities within Monarch to serve as an interim leader on the nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Nursing license to practice in Minnesota
• Must have a valid and up to date Basic Life Support certification
• At least 2 years working in a Long Term Care facility

This position pays a base pay of $40 an hour with the opportunity for an increased wage depending on the specialize position you are assigned to.
