About the role:

This role is rotational so you’ll get the chance to start at and rotate yearly into one or more of the following sites!

What you’ll do:
The Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the production function, with direct reports. This position is key to our success, and so are you!

You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.
Qualifications and skills:

- Four Year degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
- Dynamic personality with ability and willingness to promote appropriate change and improvement.

- Inquisitive nature that enjoys problem solving and identifying business improvements.
