Position Overview:

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in partnership with a loving family who have dedicated their life to supporting children with disabilities and have adopted five children. The children are now teenagers and the family could use some support and positive role models. In this position DSP work in the family’s home and the local community providing care and guidance to 16-year-old and 18-year-old boys and twins (a boy and girl) who are 12 years old. Helping these young people to serve in the community and in their church is important part of this work. Other activities may include enjoying local parks, working on homework, learning life skills like room cleaning, budgeting, time management, hygiene, chores, taking medication and developing interests. Hours Open – The family is currently looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) that can work Monday through Friday 3pm to 8pm and for a female staff that can support the twins to learn basic school tasks.

Pay Rate: $15/hr
