Duties:

Responsible for the transportation of mobile dental equipment to and from clinic sites in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.

Assemble, set up, and break down mobile equipment at clinic sites (training provided)

Carry out general van maintenance, including filling up gas tank, checking/changing oil regularly, checking tire pressure, etc.

Monitor and repair mobile dental equipment (training provided)

Provide maintenance for two buildings and grounds including mowing, weeding, raking, cleaning, simple repairs, painting, transporting yard and other waste, and other routine maintenance as needed.

Ability to help out with general clerical or office duties as needed or requested.

Work one late night a week, either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St.Paul area is preferred. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is necessary. Public and/or community health interest or experience is essential. Fluency in Spanish/English, Oromo/ English or Somali/English is an asset. Comfort or experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
