We desire students that have the passion and drive to be part of a high performing sales team. This Internship is focused on supporting Allianz Sales & Distribution through various project initiatives, while learning from some of the top Sales & Distribution teams within the industry. The right candidate will have opportunities ranging from working with Allianz Fixed Annuities, Allianz Variable Annuities and Distribution Training, as well as Allianz Internal Sales Consultants who handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from independent Financial Professionals, to working with our internal data/analytics team to see firsthand how data drives a successful sales organization. This experience will provide exposure to all facets of the Financial Sales & Distribution world as well as Allianz as a business.
Students should be working toward a degree in Communications, Economics, Business Administration, or other related business field. The right candidate will possess:
